I am glad to know that 5th Volume, Issue 1 of the journal FASS INQUEST, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS), BUP, is set for publication. I appreciate the dedication of all involved in advancing knowledge and research through the publication. INQUEST articles, published in the volume, reflect high standards, showing a promising future for research in the fields of arts and social sciences.
BUP fosters a diverse and collaborative learning atmosphere, bringing educators together to break barriers and reshape education. The FASS BUP is committed to advancing education and research. INQUEST, therefore, continues driving knowledge, research sharing, and intellectual growth. I invite researchers from relevant fields to contribute to INQUEST with a view to advancing society through research and innovation.

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to this Volume-5, Issue-1 of INQUEST, a multidisciplinary peer-reviewed Journal published by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Bangladesh University of Professionals. INQUEST is published twice a year and is a platform for genuine research, review, communication and perspective articles that can leave an impactful mark in the sectors of Humanities and Social Sciences and contribute to society as well.
This INQUEST, Volume-5, Issue-1, has six (06) peer-reviewed articles of different disciplines covering certain areas from Economics, English Literature, Education, and Disaster Management. The articles have gone through peer review and revisions before being finally accepted.
INQUEST features a distinguished Editorial Board, which brings together a team of highly experienced specialists in multidisciplinary fields. I take this opportunity to thank them most sincerely for their unlimited support, timely processing of the manuscripts and guiding the journal to greater heights. Undoubtedly, the success of INQUEST is attributed to our talented authors and their scholarly contributions, and our expert reviewers for devoting valuable time to reviewing manuscripts. Through this publication, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the Reviewers and Editors who have reviewed the articles meticulously and patiently, despite their busy routine. Equally, I would like to thank the Associate Editors and Managing Editors for their indispensable contribution and hard work, enabling us to bring forth this publication. Further, we cannot forget to express our appreciative thanks to the BUP authority for their ongoing assistance and support.
The Editorial Board of the journal is grateful to the Chief Patron of the journal and the respected Vice-Chancellor of BUP, Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam, BSP, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil, PhD, for his valuable guidance, active encouragement and tremendous support all along the process of publishing the journal.
Though INQUEST has a long history, it is striving continuously to improve the standard. Despite all the challenges, we are moving forward to reach the highest level of excellence. There is no limit to our dreams. We hope to improve in the upcoming days, and with that note, would like to invite quality research articles with international standards on thought-provoking contemporary issues from scholars, academicians, and researchers for the next issues. We would dedicate ourselves to improving and stepping further with each issue in order to reach the pinnacle of perfection.
